Ensemble was a branded entertainment agency under the IPG umbrella founded by Scott Donaton. Scott asked me to join him and run the LA office. 

We developed close partnerships directly with the entertainment industry's creative muscle - creators, producers, talent - to help our clients create better stories & experiences, and get more out of their media buys.
